Return Policy

In store purchase: Merchandise that is returned in saleable condition, with a receipt, within three days of purchase will be refunded. 

Merchandise returned in saleable condition, without a receipt or after three days will receive store credit

 

Online purchase: If you're not satisfied, simply return the book in its original condition within 30 days of purchase, and we'll credit your account for the full amount of the item (excluding cost for shipping). Nonbook items must include all original tags and/or packaging.

For all returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.

If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect, or damaged please contact the store (508.548.5548) within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Please note: Online purchases returned in store WITHOUT prior authorization will receive merchandise credit. 

To receive prior authorization, email billing@eightcousins.com. Include your name and your order number. Please wait for a confirmation email and instructions.  

 

Cancellations: Online orders that are cancelled BEFORE final processing/shipping will be refunded. Please email billing@eightcousins.com to cancel your order. 

 

Exceptions: Print on Demand titles and select sale items are NON RETURNABLE whether purchased in store or online.
